Bed bugs ruined everything - came back home to find some bites on my ribs bed linen looked fine but well, you can't see it all I guess

When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖

Room was clean, staff was great but our room smelled, the sleeper sofa was poor and our heat/AC unit didn’t work so we couldn’t manage room temp. Had windows wide open to get rid of smell.

A good hotel, 10 minuteswalk away from two metro stations and 15 minutes walk away from the Tempodrom if you are seeing a concert. Lots of different eating options near by.I can say it was quiet if on the courtyard side. Rooms were clean. Bed soft although I wasn't a fan of their pillows but that may be just my taste

Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. Good sized, well equipped rooms with really comfy beds. Having free tea available in the lobby 24/7 is also a great touch.

Modern, clean room. Staff were very friendly as well

Breakfast was amazing and very well priced. The staff helpful and the rooms clean. Didn’t love the shower/bathroom set up, but nonetheless had a very nice stay.

Fine for the price paid. Appreciate the free tea and filter coffee. Kept the windows closed at night, had no problems with noise. Staff were always polite.
