Excellent location in Magaluf which is a great beach town with everything you need around. The main pool on the 5th floor is very nice. The breakfast is also good and convenient.

The room we got looked nothing like the “family loft” advertised. It was two single beds pushed together on one side and a sofa bed on the other, separated by a curtain. Not what the pictures suggested at all.
The noise was a serious issue. Parties inside the hotel and a guest on the neighbouring balcony on the phone from 3am to 5am. We called reception multiple times that night and got no answer. When we brought it up the next morning, we were told we should have reported it — which was frustrating given that we tried and no one picked up.
The neighbourhood itself is well located — easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. But even off-season, the area is quite loud, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
One last note: the hotel entrance is not easy to spot. Our Uber couldn’t find it and had to drop us some distance away — with three bags and two strollers, that’s not a small inconvenience.
There’s potential here given the location, but between the misleading room photos, the noise, and the unhelpful response from staff, it fell well short of expectations.

Perfect holiday, so clean smells so nice. Clean rooms nice and modern. Perfect location to take bus or to go to the beach. No doubt definitely would come again. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful too. Love the art work and aesthetic of the hotel. Couldnt recommend it enough
