Clean room. Friendly staff.

Hotel is in a fun area very close to ximending walking street and the Ximen MRT station. The room was clean and adequate and they did change our towels and take out the trash if you turn on the request button before 4 pm. Despite it did not have much amenities, it fit our purpose well for a clean quiet place to clean up and sleep, since we were out most of the day exploring. The location is great and we were lucky to be there when the hotel staff was available to check us in and gave us all the instructions we need. The price of the room was reasonable for the location you get. Just make sure you keep the bathroom door close while showering because there is a notice saying that the steam could activate the smoke alarm.

Nice place in a good location

Good hotel location with excellent amenities. Room was spacious & clean. Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly. Value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Just not what is advertised

Room 103 on the 10 floor was in an awful state. Aircon not working well, hot water takes 10-15 mins to on. No other available rooms to switch for a family. No alternate solution to sister branch or other outlet. I am truly upset with this booking. I will not recommend this hotel. The only nice thing is on the lady counter staff her service is great. Hopefully the management look into my feedback.

Place is convenient

There was a big step at the entrance of the room that was not mark clearly. I fall. and I have notified the staff

Great little hotel in an excellent location. Easy Walking to food, shops, sites, trains. Clean, good sized room and good air conditioning. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
