Ran out of beer coke food options too many times ! No hot water in morning very poor ! Staff very friendly

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We were a group of 14 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations—from the food to the venue and especially the private dinner experience. Special thanks to Operations Manager Jobeth, Banquet Captain Alvin, F&B Manager Armie, Wendell (Audio Visual Technician), Catherine, and Marinelle (HTU OJT). The entire team was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and definitely worth every penny!

Food is amazingly good . Cocktails are made with care . Front desk very friendly

Breakfast was very good, yes enjoyed the pools and weight / Gym room stationary bike.

This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Service was consistently poor from start to finish. There were lines for everything, and the front desk always seemed backed up and disorganized. Even something simple like coordinating our one complimentary meal at the restaurant turned into a 30-minute wait while staff tried to sort it out. Transportation was another headache — both of our shuttles to and from the resort were mishandled, adding unnecessary stress to the trip. The room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t clean, there were paint drippings all over the screens, and the shower floor actually sloped toward the bathroom door instead of the drain, so we had to rush showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. On top of that, construction noise with jackhammers made it hard to relax, and our deck opened directly toward a pool full of screaming kids, which meant constant noise. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and disorganized, and the experience fell far below expectations. I would not return. I had more but you get the point.

First they gave me wrong room than gave me a the right room but 1sth night wasn't very good.

The room was very nice and comfortable, but the outside landscaping definitely need some attention

Room wasn't prepared well and doesnt look like a 4 star hotel. Food on breakfast is just adequate. We book 2 rooms but the other wasnt the room that we want/booked.
