Front desk and concierges very very pleasant and helpful. Only negative was that the bottles of wine available at the cocktail bar were extortionately priced.

I was initially skeptical about staying here because it’s a boutique hotel without the large-scale amenities of a traditional luxury resort. However, after spending my days exploring London and traveling to Wimbledon, returning each evening truly felt like coming home. The atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and incredibly quiet. The staff quickly learned my name, anticipated my preferences, and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The service never felt forced—it felt genuine. As someone who has managed a private club with a similar hospitality culture, I have a deep appreciation for what exceptional service looks like. This team delivered it flawlessly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my return stay for next year before I even checked out. That says everything I need to say.

Ideal location in St James's, but happily a small hotel which feels like a private club.

The staff was always attentive.

It was 37c when we visited and the A/C was top notch, so that was a very good start. The location of this hotel should not be over looked; 2 mins walk from Piccadilly, 10 mins walk from Theatre-land and 4 mins walk to Bond St and Jermyn st. Just fabulous. Staff were fabulous (Kai take a bow) and exceptionally competitive room rate to other luxury hotels in the area. Loved it all and will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in the heart of St James’s. The room was elegant, comfortable and very well maintained. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was beautifully finished with high quality toiletries and amenities. Breakfast was also five-star quality, with excellent service and a great selection of food. Every detail felt premium, from the room facilities to the little touches such as the stationery and in-room amenities. The location is superb, within walking distance of Mayfair, Green Park and many of London’s best restaurants. This was a perfect solo staycation and I would happily return.
