This was a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and service. My husband and I came for our 20th Anniversary and it was perfect. The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable. The shower was so nice after a long day and the shower supplies smells so good! The breakfast was tasty and servers so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend La Clé Hotel!

This place is SO Taiwan. The nicest, clearest most helpful heart-centered people. Super nice bed. The curtains could be adjusted for full light or full dark. The LOBBY was amazing - inside and out -- out being a balcony with beautiful plants and furniture and ... SWINGS!!!! so I could sip coffee from the [very good] anytime coffee machine while gently swinging outside beside lovely plantings. Then, the thing that breaks my heart is by no means unique to this hotel, but it's quite noticeable here. The materials they used to build things with are of the quality of a movie set. Which is to say, everything shows wear in a way that causes me sadness about the world. This starts at the entranceway. The idea of a grand wooden door is great, but the wood is not of a quality to last. So I see the lack of deep care in the building of the hotel. A cry goes out from my heart ... Wake up world! Everything here was built for that initial picture but not to last. It was built to earn someone money, then be destroyed and "thrown away" in short order (a decade? two?). But there is actually no "away" to throw things. That's my own personal sensitivity. Also, NOT for serious bicyclists. There is no indoor place to bring your bicycle. I asked several ways. A bicycle only belongs outside in a public area, and the vibe of the neighborhood in which this hotel is situated is quite raw or rough. Again I was sad to find no sense of the value of bicycles. Breakfasts looked amazing!

Great location and lovely hotel! Great bonus to use their gym partnership Beverly sports centre.

Housekeeping service was promptly done everyday before noon. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the MRT station.

Having access to the amazing gym across the street was a huge benefit for me. Hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. I didn't need much services and I wasn't interested in the breakfast. The bath room was unorthodox as the sink and mirror was in the entryway, but it was efficient and spacious. I only wished for more desk and luggage space. All around an excellent hotel for my needs.

Tiny room. Absolutely nothing in the area to do.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nutritious and delicious breakfast. Best part is the access to a sports club - gym, swimming pool and hot tub spa. We had a great time at the LaCle.

Property has nice size room, clean and quiet. Hallways are also clean and quiet. Which is great for nice calm hotel stay. Gym and pool is behind the hotel, not attached to hotel itself. Gym and pool is great. Staff have hard time speaking English so can be some communication issues for sure. Also, staff could be more helpful to the tourists and more welcoming. Morning breakfast is okay. There are 3 meals in rotation. So nothing special, just okay. Hotel location is farther away from many interesting key tourist sites, so expect to spend a lot of time traveling. Bus stop is neaby but you have to wait sometimes 20 to 30 minutes.

Second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, close to the subway station and many great eateries. Room is quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion is to increase internet speed because it looks like all hotel guests share the same connection, thus in the evening when everyone is back the speed can drop substantially.
