Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took almost until midnight and 3-4 calls fir them to send someone with the bed clothes. I didn’t see the same treatment with other people, but they were extremely rude with us.

The space was generally good. Lots of room although the kitchen was a bit more minimal in terms of dishes and cutlery than I thought it might be. The full size fridge/ freezer was great. The only other complaint is that the bathroom sink was right next to one of the beds and there was no way to turn the light on without having it shine in the face of someone sleeping in the bed. The free breakfast was nothing special but had the basics. Overall a great space for a trip of a few days.

The staff is great! We love Norma and Holly in the lounge and Karen at the front desk.

My suite was very spacious and clean. Having access to a kitchen was great. The only issue I had was the trash cans were very small and so I had to call to have trash picked up because housekeeping didn’t come everyday. With that said, the staff were very helpful and friendly !

Location was outstanding. LBX area across the street was full of restaurants and shopping. Access to free ways was great and we went down to long beach downtown and pier and had a great dinner. Hotel itself offered great breakfast each morning and the gym was well maintained with a lot of space. All areas of hotel were clean and we had a unit with stove and fridge that worked great for our family. Would definitely stay again. Price was also very competitive
