Only thing I didn’t like was balcony didnt have door handle on outside so we got locked out on balcony

Good location, clean room

The property was easy to find and conveniently located. It met my expectations and value was worth it. I stayed at BrownDot while conducting business on Osan Air Base, it met my needs as a solo traveler. Room was spacious and the property was relatively quiet at all hours.

Convenient location and room size is bigger than most however the Toto was not working properly and the one set of chargers provided were mostly broken in each of the rooms, no shower curtain, so water gets everywhere when you shower. you can see thru the bathroom window that faces the beds. Absolutely no room for luggage, except the floor Ofcoarse. The slippers provided were all used and the robes had lots of bleach stains. Only one towel provided per room and limited toilet paper. We felt dirty staying here.

Yes, the hotel location is great! It is very basic but clean.

The hotel was in a great location, right off the entertainment district and a five minute walk to Osan airbase. The value for the money was great. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Love the little toilette kits! Floors and bed were warmed which I loved!

Bed is hard as a rock , room hot , water leaking from toilet everytime you flush , elevator didn’t work. Staff wasn’t friendly (just one staff member that sits outside all day) no fridge . Close to Osan AB, no taxis after 8pm so u are stuck there every night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was a little dirty, the sheets had a bunch of stains on them and the bathroom could have been cleaner. We stayed a bunch of places in South Korea and this was the least clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were rock hard.

I had a fantastic experience at Brown-Dot Hotel Songtan. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and Osan Air Base. Great value for money—highly recommend for anyone visiting Pyeongtaek!
