The room refrigerator was off and took forever to get cool

Very decent hotel to stay! Clean Room, great breakfast included, friendly staff and a nice indoor pool, baby pool and hot tub!

My favorite hotel 😊

Nothing special but solid all around. Would stay again. Breakfast was pretty standard issue but above average for this price range.

Facility is old. Trash outside the building weren’t pick up. The map is so confusing. Water was coming to the room at heavy raining.

Traveling with children, we did not feel safe staying at this hotel. The hallways frequently smelled of illegal substances, and there were multiple fights in guest rooms during our stay. At one point, two police officers entered the hotel to respond to an incident. The hotel itself felt dirty and poorly maintained. Paint was peeling off the bathroom walls, the bathtub was cracked, and the bathroom sink would not drain properly. The rooms looked nothing like the photos or description provided online. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again due to the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of safety.

It was generally speaking a good expereince to stay as a couple ont he way to the final destination. It was a weekend and it is a great location to check out the downtown market. However, there are some cons, specifically people smoking outside and inside even though property makes it clear that smoking inside is prohibited. The room and sheets were clean, mattress was steady with no dips. There is a few touch up that should be done like a falling off drywall or mud in the corner of the bathroom. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful as much as possible. Overall, I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10 for a couple.
