When we arrived to check in, they told us it was $15 per day for parking. No where during my registration process or on their website did it mention a fee for parking. It wasn't even in the confirmation email. I now get that it's standard for the area but they need to make it clear. The room itself smelled musty and like mildew. The frame to the sofa bed was broken so my son had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. The free breakfast was average. The other guests there were very loud late at night and early morning. I probably won't reserve here again.

The quality Inn was located within walking distance of Disneyland and that made it a great value for our family. There was enough room to fit everyone, and the breakfast was hot and ready.

Breakfast was ok. just eggs and waffle . nothing major . when i went down it was empty, had to tell staff to refill a couple times. room was ok, my bed sheet were stain with a juice or something but it was clean i guess. the pool was tiny and not really worth it.

少しがっかり Booked my reservation through Hotels.com never been an issue in 5 plus years. Booked months ago to go to Disneyland. Show up and they can’t find my reservation. Called Hotels.com said is confirmed and paid for.
They staff was pretty much no help. So take what you want with the review. It was definitely an inconvenience and cost a lot more money to get hotel last minute
