Hotel is very pleasant and nice, the wait time was long to speak to the staff. I would recommend the hotel is centrally located. Very nice stay.

Great location near many restaurants, rooms are great and well designed with enough room to work. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is yummy and car parking next door. I generally have desert in the room, recommend the cheese platter.

The front desk staff were extremely patient, friendly, and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy, with several USB ports for easy charging of phones and iPads. It was a really satisfactory stay, and I plan to come back again!

Great price and location. Walking distance. Hallway carpets a little dirty and rooms a little outdated but considering we were hardly in the hotel does the job for showering & sleeping! Good quality for the price.

Need to top up the coffee, milk and sugar. Otherwise very good. Close to Central railway and light rail. Also close to shops and restaurants of Chinatown.
