always a comfort knowing that there is a clean pet friendly accomodation when driving in to town from remote community

Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place.

Convenient location, good amenities, like the feel of the place. Have stayed there three times now in the last five years when visiting Alice.

Had a lovely spacious apartment with balcony, a great view of the ranges and secure parking very close to my entrance. The buildings are beautiful and surrounded by large eucalyptus. The complex has secure fences with automatic gates, making it a very safe place to stay. Highly recommended.

The location was fine, nice and quiet, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, but was totally in need of refurbishment. The shower dripped constantly.

Upon arrival the staff were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was exceptional; large and clean. Would recommend to other travellers

Nice apartment, floor could have been cleaner, lovely comfy bed and plenty of equipment etc. pool was closed due to flooding which was disappointing but obviously couldn’t be helped.

The apartment was in a bad condition. Microwave oven was dirty, no basic cleaning stuff was available, water gets collected in front of the toilet after shower, bathroom had half wall glass, back doors were really weak and outside sitting area at the back was not even swept. We stayed for 3 nights but there was no room service. Too expensive for a rundown 1 bedroom apartment.

Big apartment with everything you need. Love the pet friendly court yard and cleanliness.

Great value for the price. Nice environment, very quiet, kitchenettes are good. Bathroom a bit dated now. Stayed there 13 years ago also. One of Alice's nicest options.
