Receptionists were all incompetent. Obviously, received minimal training. This property is very old and needs refurbishing. We had booked two separate nights, going to QLD and returning to Canberra. We thought that being upgraded on the second night would be very appreciated but we found the apartment was worse than the first room. A light over the bathroom mirror was hanging by the wiring. The bedroom aircon stopped working after 15 minutes. It was freezing in Canberra. Neither of us slept well. The pork ribs had hardly any meat on the bones. We won’t go there again.

Friendly staff, access to the club excellent for drinks, meal, breakfast, only a short walk down to the Dickson interchange for the light rail, plus all the other restaurants around Dickson. Great parking, too. Rooms are on the bigger side and quiet. Love staying here when we visit Canberra.

Constant power outages , club staff at the time were rude and overheard them complaining about my call to them , talking to reception. Completely taken out of context to make them feel justified to whinge about it. Was appalled at that club staffer. Did not enter the club that visit.

Spacious room with an abundance of surfaces for our luggage and bags. Close to supermarkets and fast food.

Good value accommodation in Dickson for our family of 4

We had a great room with a balcony this time in the main area it was spacious and quiet, appreciated this for a birthday trip. As always room was clean, beds comfy and easy check in plus love the free parking options so great. Microwave and cutlery in rooms is helpful for a quick meal from Woolies/Coles close by and easy night in. Club is right there if you need room service/dining out and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.
