This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent. The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Didn’t appreciate arriving about midnight and front desk clerk saying I didn’t have a reservation. He had nothing else going on as he was sitting at desk. But only glanced at the screen. Tried to provide him with info and he just took a quick glance and was very confident. Sat in the parking lot and reached out to hotels.com. Once I got someone on the phone 30min later that person spoke with front staff and turns out my reservation was there the whole time. I got a “my bad” from the front staff person and a grumpy check in. Very bizarre. Hotel was fine otherwise.

Very clean rooms everyday, great to relax in after a day out in Austin. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

Great to have breakfast, laundry computer, kitchen, and a clean room. Need to clean the pool more often.

Was at hotel for week 3 days in no water can't use to flush toilets. No warning it was going to be off. Went to use grill not working. No note saying out of order. Was in elevator more then once with no lights on. Need better communication with customers if issues arise.

Not a good experience, water stop working too

The room felt like a mini home. The gym was clean anmd modern. The front desk staff was engaging and friendly. The breakfast included a waffle bar and everything you would need to fuel your morning. Free Java all day long!

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast variety. The room was spacious and cold.
