The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I had to carry my luggage for at least a block , not taxi can get to the door , it was raining and when I ask for help there is not body to help you only the attendant at the window and he said he can not leave the office Lousy please do not book this place , is not quite what they show in the advertisement My opinion is very poor sssrvoce

Save your time and money—stay away from this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had! The biggest issue was the internet. I work online, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable during my stay. I was told there were too many guests using it, which is not an acceptable excuse for a hotel that advertises Wi-Fi. I lost hours of work every day trying to get a usable signal. The room had ants, and I woke up with them in my bed. The bed sheets had stains, one pillow was dirty, and the shower did not feel clean. The service was equally disappointing. The older gentleman in the restaurant was consistently rude and unhelpful. Another example: they charged about US$3 for a tiny bag of ice. I asked if I could take it upstairs and pay the next time I came down, since I had already been staying there and they were holding a security deposit. They refused. Because the hotel has no elevator, I will have to walk downstairs to pay first and then carry the ice back upstairs, which makes no sense. And first hotel any ways I saw that charge for that. The restaurant also advertised a self-grill promotion but refused in a very rude way to serve me because I was dining alone, with no alternative or flexibility offered. And any where in the advertise said 2 people minimum. The only thing I looked forward to was checking out!! I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to any body. Waist of money time! Dealing with rudenes. What a disappointing. :-(

Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

Very nice property. Great location. Plenty to do around the area.

the front desk service was very good. upgraded room to seaview. Room was very clear and deserve a 4.5 rating.

Great place overall, but having to carry our luggage from the road to the resort was quite hectic.
