Excelente servicio y la persona de recepción es muy profesional, empatía y servicial.

We had a small double room with a view of the brick walls of the train station but honestly we just stayed at the hotel to rest and sleep we didn’t need a good view, the staff was very friendly and it was clean! No rug floors in the rooms which is awesome! The water in the bathroom tasted like chlorine but they had a water supply machine for free usage with bottles down in the lobby which was nice! Breakfast was fine, I would love to see at least one or two vegan options on the plates cause as a vegan I could only eat the potato-smashes round things and maybe the fruit I think…and like applesauce but overall it was nice and acutally very cutely arranged!

When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.
