Thomas greeted us at the door and made sure everything was in order and handling whatever we needed during our stay. A beautifully appointed hotel in the perfect spot of the Gothic Quarter. When we return to Barcelona, we will stay at Hotel Nero.

最高 The desk girls were awesome! The room service was excellent. The porters were over the top helpful. Jasmine the young front desk girl was exceptional. The whole staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Thank everyone!

An elegant, beautifully curated space with responsive, classic service. Lovely touches like handwritten notes and small complimentary snacks. For those traveling with their furry friends it is pet friendly with a fee and amenities. Enjoyed.

I felt underwhelmed with my stay, I paid a lot of money for the terrace room but it wasn’t worth the price at all. The terrace was overlooked by construction work and during the day I had no privacy as the construction workers would be looking down on the terrace. The terrace was also so bare and not what I’d expect from a five star hotel.
The room service was okay but again, nothing outstanding for the price.
The saving grace was the service from the doorman. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience.
