Huge thanks to the staff for accommodating my late arriving flight from Nice, past the shuttle bus departure time from the airport to the hotel. They were kind enough to send another team member out to get me outside of the scheduled time! And it's a FREE service. Most other hotels charge 50-plus euros for the transfer. The room was excellent as well, with fine marble appointments in the bathroom, and,clean as a whistle. I didn't have time to experience amenities (fitness area?), maybe next time! Radici restaurant was also very good. Again, thank you for making my last day & night in Rome very comfortable and hassle free.

Room service over priced, 21 Euro for half a club sandwich with a potato chip bag opened on the side as French fries

The hotel itself is aging but still relatively maintained well. The wifi is useable but not fast enough. Cleanliness is average. Staff is hit and miss, the room was not cleaned for a day but front desk was friendly. At night it at times is noisy.

There was nothing to do. There was nowhere to hang out and relax unless you were at the bar with other people around all the time. Room too small to hang there. Nothing but news stations on TV. Expensive restaurant and bar. Seemed to be set up for business or conference people only for very short stays. No pool, no ammenities.

Very outdated rooms. Worst bed we have ever slept on. Staff were very snotty. Key card quit working and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us. Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and they acted like it was going to be full but we were the only ones that went that morning. They just didn’t want to take us but did grudgingly.
