Fabulous hotel, own private beach with bar, swim up bar in pool, lovely chill atmosphere. A little bit out of the old town, but much quieter and only about 3-4 aud for an uber (grab) ride into town. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had a few issues with aircon but was attended to immediately. Would highly recommend.

The only challenge was the AC which was small for such a large room and fan was running at slow and constant speed. Pick the room facing the river side, it’s worth it because you also get to enjoy the hammock and the fishing boat cruising through the river. Waterlily Spa therapies are worth the money, we got 20% discount as well as good therapists. Have a good stay

I loved my stay at Hoi A Beach Resort. The staff were fantastic and their English speaking really helped. Both pools were cleaned every night and the rooms were spotless. Food was great at the hotel and there many restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel itself. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi An old town and back which runs 3 times a day. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in the area recently and I would put Hoi A Beach Resort at the top of my list.

Pros - all of the staff were excellent in both their efficiency and friendliness - both pools were gorgeous - food and drink options were excellent both at breakfast and dinner - rooms were comfortable and well air conditioned - shuttle bus to old town (taxis are super cheap if you miss it) - the grounds are beautiful and well kept - location. There are alot of very good, very cheap restaurants a few minutes walk away. Cons - our first room waa damp but we were moved very quickly with no fuss - the beach - it was ok but not very well looked after. An bang beach is much nicer and about a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Beautiful resort, over the road from a lovely beach. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Rooms very big and clean. Bathroom was huge! Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and efficient. View is whilst eating breakfast, and also from the swimming pool area.
