We liked the location especially for the price. Raised a concern about the fan in the room but they sent a person to look at it and he said he’d get it the next day. That day came and went and the fan still didn’t work. We stayed at this location for 5 nights and the fan was more to protect their property. Everything else was fine. We did not use the paid breakfast as we went out each day.

A/C unit was not working well

We were here during the heatwave. Brutal. 2/4 rooms had terrible AC units. The maintenance staff gave us fans and one group was relocated and we appreciate that but we had to ask 3 times for a room with AC.

Chose hotel for convenience of Chelsea flower show as only a 15 min walk and close to Victoria station. We arrived early to leave our bag in their storage which was convenient and we checked in later after the show, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the ground floor and along with the bathroom it was spotlessly clean, Room was small but that didn’t matter as we were not spending much time there and only sleeping there for one night. I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t include it as an option. We checked out the following morning and they kindly let us store our luggage while we visited Buckingham Palace.

The room was incredibly small. Not what was portrayed nor expected. Staff were ok and somewhat helpful but not overly friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. The sound travelled so it was loud at night, combined with an uncomfortable bed, sleep was not the best.

Descent location, tad bit noisy being next to the road. Found the bed a bit uncomfortable for my liking.

Loved the heated floors and towel rack!!
