Overall good impression! Convenient location!

Staffs are kind and professional. Great location in the center of the city, very easy to commute via subways to various sightseeing destinations!

The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to Nanjing road, new world, right above a metro station. The best thing about staying at this hotel is you don’t have to line up for hours for the famous park hotel butterfly bread, as there is facility to order it to your room!

Located at center of Shanghai, the hotel is a landmark and a celebrate to the city. I have stayed before and will surely stay again. Nothing to complain.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it has enerything that i want: good classical hotel, central location and convenience to do everything, will come back again.

Great apart from the broken air conditioning.

My air-conditioned wasn't working. They give me a fan.

the building is beautiful, I had a little incident, I forgot my phone in the taxi car, I went and talk to the manager in charge and he went far and beyond, helping me with Didi and the driver to bring back my phone. I totally forgot his name, but he was the front desk manager at the night shift. thank you for your help.

Its location is extremely convenient, with an MTR entrance just across the road, allowing easy access to many attractions and places around the city. One of the highlights is the hotel’s famous Palmiers (蝴蝶酥) — as a guest, you can conveniently order it via a QR code in your room without having to queue, which is a great touch. The hotel itself has a slightly old-fashioned style, and there is a faint aged scent, but it is well maintained and equipped with thoughtful features such as a heated toilet seat, which adds to the comfort. Overall, it is a pleasant and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely return on my next visit.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, it's clean, cozy, and convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or question.
