Disappointed with the facilities inside the room. For the price charged for the room stay per night it was bad facilities. Bed was sagging, sofas were super sagging. Room service was not good.
Not worth a stay for the value of my money.

とても良い Good food, friendly staff.
B-wing of the hotel is very old. You have to change elevators and walk long corridors to access this side.

Lovely hotel, good room except WiFi bit, only available in lobby, strange for a 4 star hotel
The check-out is early (10:00am)
Fantastic views of Ooty so it’s in a great location

とても良い The hotel was pleasant and a good location to explire the wider Ooty area. As a business traveller, I would have liked to have WiFi access in my room not just the hotel lobby. However, i do understand that this is a family hotel with a large number of time share properties. Staff were friendly and overall my stay was very pleasant.
