とても良い家族と滞在
Very nice property close to the city, shops , restaurants and transport. Parking is an added bonus, also lots of off road parking nearby. Very helpful staff. Though some renovation work going on, didn’t disturb much! Value for money!

Room needed a renovation, old carpet and was smelly and dusty, water pressure in the shower was terrible, bathroom wasn’t clean

It's a great location and friendly reception staff. You need to book through the hotel directly to get complimentary parking though - not made clear on the WotIf site. Be aware there is building renovation work happening that reduces the number of car spaces and makes manoeuvring into a car space difficult - and can be noisy during the day in the rooms.

In room ac/heater worked well. The staff was amazing. From a North American perspective, amenities (water pressure wasn't great) and conditions weren't 100%, but I would stay here again 100%.

On arrival I was upgraded - to get to the room you go through the fire door (not that there was a sign indicating this!) The room doesn't look like the photo (see my pictures attached) only one side table on double bed, kitchenette sink had broken tape, wardrobe is in the bathroom, no heating in bathroom, shower head was 'jerry-rigged', hand towel is a 30cm square, lighting throughout was way too bright (wrong bulbs?), street noise was non stop - from cars, trucks and motorcycles even garbage trucks at 0400 in the morning! The staff unprofessional (insisted sharing the lift with me carrying a wet mop for the sake of 3 minutes) had no idea - just disgusting!!!....short of a motel I stayed at in Oregan USA that had greasy yes greasy sheets ..this was close to the worst.. would never
