最高 We arrived late after a stressful journey and the hotel couldn't have been a better antidote. The room service was excellent, the food genuinely good, and the bath alone was worth the trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. We didn't get to experience everything the hotel has to offer, but what we did was enough to make us want to come back and do it properly. A genuinely restorative stay.

最高 Hotel and staff were amazing from the moment we walked through the door they could not do enough to assist to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, I thought I had booked a twin bed room but was given a double, which was quickly resolved with no fuss, the breakfast was amazing, we did not use the spa but the gardens were also amazing an worth a little wander around.

最高 This feels like a country spa hotel, but is within the beautiful City of Bath. It's an amazing place for a lovely relaxing break. I didn't try the smart dining room, but the casual bar and restaurant was perfect and the food was good. Loved the art and this really feels like a family run hotel. Room was gorgeous and I had lovely views across the beautifully kept gardens, which were lovely to explore. There was a Wedding reception in the gardens whilst I was there, and couldn't have been a more picturesque venue.
Would definitely recommend for someone who wants a relaxing, quiet break with access to a historic city. I will go back.

Beautiful manor house converted to a hotel. The garden grounds are breathtaking. Staff and service excellent. Food delicious.
