Clean room

Great experience 👍

It was super clean and nice like 5 star hotels ~

It is a great hotel and I had a comfortable stay. Hotel is located by water so if you are lucky, you will have an amazing water and mountain view. 5th floor staffs are helpful yet give you right amount of privacy. Other service venue, staffs are fine by any standard. The most wonderful thing about hotel is being run by real authentic Korean people not Chowsen Chinese pretending to be Korean. Once I spot these fake Chausen handling my passport and credit card, it ruins security of hotel and peace of mind, you will end up carrying your ipad and all digital device since Korean hotels seldomly provide in- room safe. FOX news channel is on cable TV selection which I did not expect so it came as wonderful surprise. Watching FOX during travel gave me a sense of being home and it is AD free which makes even better than watching in the States.

Hotel is clean and rooms were good. The property is a bit far from activities. You have to taxi anywhere you want to go. Surprise the hotel does not provide and airport shuttle service

Check in was fast. Good breakfast spread. Room is clean but aircon do not seems to be working. Temperature in room hover between 26 to 26.5 deg. Took 3 calls to get it down to 25 deg. Housekeeping lady is very polite and does a good job. Location is good, near to food and marts. Fortunate that hotel was offering good discount on rooms during my stay.

Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future.

5 Stars all around, amazing stay and beautiful hotel!

An amazing property clean quiet and amazing staff with wonderful restaurants near by

The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down.
