I booked a double room and the pictures advertised for the double room included and French balcony with a city view. However, the room I was placed in was not as pictured, it was smaller, older and did not have a city view. I raised this with the reception, and they said it was my fault for not asking for a view. However, from the way the Double Room was advertised, the room was not as pictured and there was no mention that there was no view which I found misleading for the price I paid. Reception advised me they have double rooms with and without a view and guests have to request in advance, and even then its not guaranteed cause it depends on what is available.

Don't book here!! I was charged twice for the same book, and they are unwilling to refund my first booking. I emailed the hotel 15mins after the error, and 2 months before the stay, and they blamed it on Expedia. Once Expedia made it clear that this hotel wasn't willing to refund, they ignored my reply. Be very careful, I would not take this chance to book at this place.

Very nice location right at the center of Paris. Clean and friendly staff.

It’s one of the best locations you could ask for. The hotel is clean. The family room is small but the beds were really comfortable and really that’s what counts. The staff also realized I did not request gluten free bread for breakfast and they made sure we had it for the rest of our trip.

Good location located close to the metro and many restaurants. Short metro ride to most main attractions (and 30 minute walk to others). Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.

Everything is brand new, in fact they're still furnishing and carpeting some of the rooms. To save space, they've only provided half-sized towels and one tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom and no spare toilet paper, but I'm sure these are only teething issues that will be addressed with experience. All staff members have been pleasant and helpful.
