The property was excellent. However, the elevator doors close too quickly, and does not open automatically when trapped between the doors. A small child and my wife almost got trapped as the doors closed on them.

Very nice hotel.. great staff with comfortable rooms. Enjoyed having night time drinks on the patio by the firetables.

Great spot for young families in the summer. The pool was great.

A wonderful outdoor heated saltwater pool with beautiful landscaping made this lovely and clean hotel really stand out!

Crumbs under the desk when we checked in. Had to clean it up and kill all the ants. Everything else was fantastic as always.

Fully booked hotel with only 1 elevator working

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. It was full when we were there and a couple of the elevators weren’t working so that made movement a little slower. Besides that, everything was amazing!

The hotel had 5 weddings and a major concert in town on the same night we stayed there, so was a full capacity yet it only had ONE elevator working. We were on the 16th floor which meant we spent a LOT of time waiting to come and go from our room. It was extremely frustrating. I also didn't love that I had to pay $15 for parking when the hotel is surrounded by empty parking lots. Seems like an unnecessary added expense. Other than that, it was a beautiful place to stay.

Staff on check in and check out were unprofessional and tardy.
