Sleep and go

air conditioning is not working. You have to open the window to have a proper ventilation.There is dead cockroach under the bed. Its look like they don't changed the bed sheet. They still have stain on the it. We asked to transfer to other room which they did. But the same thing, there are some food crumbs on the bed. So We just have to deal with it and clean ourselves because we are already tired from our flight and dont want to transfer again to the new room.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed cleanliness issues in the room, including hair on the bathroom frame and pillow, as well as the sink and toilet being in an unsatisfactory condition. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder were also broken, and the shower lacked a curtain with the shower head holder damaged, which made using the shower inconvenient throughout my stay. Housekeeping service was also disappointing, as my room was not cleaned the following morning and I had to request fresh towels, one of which appeared unclean. In addition, reception service was quite slow, with myself and another guest waiting around 15 minutes before anyone attended the desk. The hotel overall feels dated and would benefit from significant refurbishment. I also overheard another guest mention that their room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Considering the condition of the facilities and service provided, I do not feel the price reflected good value for money. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

I was there it a very bad neighborhood people tried to get money from us in the parking lot very sketchy people and hitting the roof of our car when we refused. We informed Expedia and the staff the front desk was very rude about it. We did not stay, it was nasty in the parking lot I have never seen a Premiere hotel in such a dirty state. Yes it’s cheap but it is this Cheap for a reason I would avoid this place we arrived late at night my husband is law enforcement and said immediately: “ There is NO WAY we are staying here!” We travel A LOT never felt this unsafe before.

Can’t believe it can get worst! But it did.

The room was much smaller than I expected. The TV was tiny, for example. Moreover, the heater wasn’t working well. However, it was relatively clean and the bed was comfy.

The hotel was not clean and felt neglected. The staff were polite and respectful, but the rooms are very small and not suitable for a comfortable stay.

Broken down room, disgusting bathroom. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but I checked out immediately the next morning. The area was so shady. I didn’t even want to leave my luggage on the floor.
