Second time staying. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Gardens immaculate and beautiful. Rooms starting to be a bit tired but still do everything you need. Breakfast is okay but gets repetitive if staying many days. Fantastic location though really helps

We loved our stay at The Jayakarta! It was in a great location, a stroll to the beach for sunsets and easy walk to restaurants and shops. The different pools were great and our interconnecting rooms were perfect for our families needs. Breakfast was great and it was wonderful having the restaurant there to eat at anytime. My only disappointment was the lack of places to fill up my water bottle. Some free to use water coolers around would have made it perfect 👌

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location and facilities were ideal for oyr stay.

Rooms need updating, but pool area and gardens very good.

Large hotel with a great buffet breakfast .There are 3 nice pools with plenty going on during the day but not overly crowded . Location is excellent with heaps of great well priced restaurants and good shopping very close by . The beach across the road is excellent , quiet and relaxing with few people around in the mornings getting quite busy later in the afternoon / early evening . I found the beach vendors to be a lot less pushy than those around Kuta Beach . This made for a much more enjoyable relaxing time not having to constantly fend them off

The staffs were incredibly friendly helpful, attentive and always polite. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable

Lovely large gardens with traditional Balinese feels. Rooms nice and big. Bathrooms could do with a renovation. No safe in rooms. Staff lovely. Location perfect.

Our stay at the Jayakarta was awesome. Staff are 10/10.. air conditioner was brilliant, breakfast was yummy, room was clean , beds comfortable and we had housekeeping every morning. Nothing was too much trouble. The pools and gardens/ grounds are absolutely amazing . Very reasonable price .
