All very very good but for taxis you have to sort that they don’t have numbers for taxis. There’s nothing royal about that Item all other hotels I’ve been at, have a number for a taxi firm.

Best breakfast in Phuket old town

Room was nice, however constant banging thudding early morning which started at 08:00ish everyday and went on as late as 01:22 one night. Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor which would eventually be strong enough to wake you in the morning. Location and room was excellent just let down by a couple of unhelpful staff members, like not being able to book a taxi and the noise (no idea what it was) and smell of smoke on the floor which you would of thought staff would of smelt and resolved.

Room was excellent (16th floor) with views to the sea. Great breakfast selection from the 19th floor open terrace. Very nice and clean pool. the hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Phuket old town. The staff were brilliant - very helpful at all times.

Room was clean and spacious with a great view. We enjoyed our stay, staff was kind and helpful.

Room was spotless, I had the best massage, and the staff is very kind and helpful. It’s also about 5 min walking from Old town.

Staff were very welcoming & helpful! The room was very nice & the view was great from the 9th Floor! Would definitely go back if we stayed in Phuket again!

Front desk was a bit slow, but the cleaning staff and dining staff was excellent.
