A good overnight option, good breakfast & close to bus station for London transfers. Was busy so we left luggage and headed to the laundromat which worked well.

Filthy shower curtain, staff said they can’t change as housekeeping is gone for the day. Breakfast was good. Carpet had stains on clearly like tea bags were dropped on it.

良い The hotel is in a great spot in a shopping mall and near the cruise terminal. But it is rundown. Marks on walls in the hallway , very worn rugs , very data rooms back to the 80. No desk in room and small funky bathroom. Hotel needs top to bottom renovation asap. We were in room 140 they had to send a repair man to room because the outlet didn’t work . They call themselves a 4 star hotel . No way and I been nice calling it a 3 star because I can’t post a 2 1/2 stars

最高 Located next to Premier Outlets, five minute walk to train station. Location is very convenient. Staff very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is easily one of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences I have had. Way better than North American options.

最高 Starting to get a bit tired.. reception staff act like they couldn't careless if you were there or not.. shame really nice locations, rooms are nice sized.. good breakfast

最高 Excellent stay, great location on the Quay. Super easy parking right outside the hotel or in the multi storey.
Lindsey on reception was a superstar assisting us in our room allocation. The room was spotless & was cool on such a hot day.
The view of the Spinnaker Tower was special as we were celebrating our anniversary.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, gluten free items & traditional breakfast was hot & tasty.

Staff were pleasant and the room was clean to a degree just think the hotel is due a well overdue refurbishment just starting to look a little tiered
