Fast service, clean area, beaches nearby

Excellent stay. Super friendly and everything was better than expected.

This was my first time staying in a villa which was great to have all in one and safe to know you can lock-up and have to pass reception to get in. No one off the street can just come in. Large villa plenty of room for 2 ppl eith your own pool. Friendly staff always there to help and loved the security guard, so nice and friendly. Would I book again 100%

Seiryu Villas is well located in central Seminyak and the private villa layout is visually appealing. The concept of a private pool and open-style bathroom creates a pleasant and attractive space, and the location makes it convenient to explore nearby shops and restaurants. However, our overall experience did not reflect what we would expect from a property positioning itself as five-star. While the villa design is attractive, the level of service and maintenance did not meet the standard we experienced at other properties during our Bali trip. We encountered maintenance issues that were not properly resolved, and communication regarding breakfast options was unclear. Additionally, the presentation and professionalism of staff did not align with what one would typically associate with a five-star establishment. It is also important to note that the property does not have an on-site restaurant, which may be relevant for guests expecting full-service hotel amenities. Some facilities or elements shown in promotional materials were not available during our stay, which led to a difference between expectation and reality. Seiryu Villas may suit travellers seeking privacy and a central Seminyak location, but those expecting comprehensive five-star service and facilities may wish to consider this carefully.

Our Villa was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. They were all genuinely kind and caring. The hotel food was delicious as well. We definitely recommend this hotel and the floating breakfast.

We loved our stay at Seiryu, the Villa was gorgeous, the staff were lovely and accommodating. It could probably do with a lick of paint, and the the area isn’t really the centre of anything but it’s close to the beach and has everything you need! Loved the pool, outside area and how massive the bed and house were

Wonderful place to relax and forget your cares. Delightful little pool and condo and quiet. Breakfast was brought to our room and served in the lovely kitchen! Yum!

Not recommended… Very disappointed, the villa was dark there were no proper chairs to sit on, the lounge was floor level and no outside chairs. When we asked the staff they said that’s their decor. Very dark inside and dated, breakfast was cold. The place does not match the photos online. Will not stay here again.

We had a couple of issues during our stay but overall had an okay experience there. 1. We arrived back to the villa after being out for the morning to find the front door completely unlocked after the cleaners had been. We had not secured our valuable items and we literally walked in off the street with no staff at reception. So anyone could have entered our room from the outside. 2. We arrived perfectly on time for check in at 2pm but were told the room wasn’t ready and to go for a walk for 30 mins. When we returned the room still was not ready and in total we weren’t able to check in until after 3pm. 3. There were no spare toilet paper rolls and we were given half a roll to start with so ended up running out. The villa is nice and spacious but definitely has some wear and tear.

There was multiple leaks in my villa. Also the villas needs some work and updates. The staff on the other hand was amazing.
