- Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy: Under normal circumstances, all tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-resalable. Refunds are only applicable under extreme force majeure events.
- The QR Code of booking will not be valid for entry. Guests must register using their QR code number via a link provided by the official channels for pre-registration. The pre-registration link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout three days prior to the event.
- Entry Requirements: One ticket per person. A valid e-ticket/redemption voucher along with a valid photo ID matching the ticket information must be presented upon entry. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in denial of entry. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or replaced.
- Special Cancellation & Refund Terms: Full refunds can only be requested if the organizer officially announces a complete cancellation of the event, a postponement exceeding 30 days, or if the event cannot take place due to extreme weather (e.g., torrential rain, typhoons) or government bans. Ticket buyers must submit their refund applications within 7 working days following the official announcement; late requests will not be accepted.
- Scalping & Unauthorized Resale: Any unauthorized resale or scalping of tickets, once verified, will result in immediate invalidation of the ticket. The holder will be barred from entry, and no refund will be issued.
- Age Restriction: This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above (Must be 18+). Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering. While there is no upper age limit for seniors aged 60 and above, it is highly recommended that they be accompanied by family members.
