- The ticket redemption counter service times are not same as the bus service time as it operates 24/7. So if you are going to take the bus after the counter's opening hours, please redeem the ticket in advance in case you cannot collect your ticket in the late night
- The ticket price is the same for both children and adults
- Each guest can only bring one checked-in luggage (dimensions no more than 64cm x 41cm x 23 cm, weighing no more than 10kg) and one carry-on baggage (dimensions no more than 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm)
- The merchant has the right to refuse to accept any overweight luggage and/or ask for extra fees to be paid directly to the merchant (HKD100 per unit)
- Please note that all tickets under one booking order will be redeemed all at once. If you require the coach service on separate days, please book these trips individually
