Ticket Purchase

• The performance time indicated during the pre-sale is for reference purposes only and may change. The exact schedule will be announced later; please check updates when booking.
• Each person can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per ID.
• All seats are standing only, and no designated seating will be provided (except for SkyDeck, with entry on a first-come, first-served basis).
• This event is strictly for individuals aged 19 and older.
• Single-day ticket holders are only allowed entry on the date specified on the ticket.
• No changes or refunds are allowed on the day of the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule or lineup.
• All event-related information will be sent to the phone number provided during ticket purchase.
• Please ensure your phone number is updated at least one month before the event. The organizers and ticketing companies will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect phone numbers.

Ticket Sales and Transfers

• Ticket transfers or resale are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized transactions may result in civil or criminal legal action against both buyers and sellers.
• The organizers and ticketing platforms will not be held responsible for any issues or losses caused by purchasing tickets through unauthorized channels.
• Please purchase tickets only through the official ticketing platform for your safety.
• Individuals found with forged tickets or wristbands will be ejected from the event, and legal action will be taken after recovering ticket costs.

Ticket Collection

• All tickets will be issued via a mobile ticketing system and sent to the purchaser's ID one day before the event.
• E-tickets must be verified at the onsite ticket booth with the purchaser's ID and exchanged for wristbands.
• Tickets must be purchased under the purchaser's ID. Name changes require ticket cancellation and rebooking (cancellation and refund fees will apply as per the ticketing platform’s policy).
• Onsite ticket purchasers can only buy tickets once. Multiple tickets for group entry must be purchased in a single transaction.
• The organizers do not provide services for holding tickets for late-arriving group members.

Refunds and Reissues

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten tickets will not be reissued or replaced under any circumstances. Entry without a valid ticket is strictly prohibited.
• Please keep your tickets safe; the organizers are not responsible for lost tickets.
• No changes or refunds are allowed on the day of the event.

Wristbands

• Two-day ticket holders must wear the same wristband for both event days. Wristbands must remain intact and undamaged to allow entry on the second day.
• Entry without a wristband is not permitted. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• Wristbands that are too loose or too tight can be replaced after inspection. Undamaged wristbands will be removed, collected, and reissued onsite.

Prohibited Items

• The following items are prohibited: alcohol, beverages, food, cooking or camping equipment, flammable or explosive materials, markers, spray paint, opened medicine (including eye drops), opened cigarettes, glass bottles, cans, narcotics, umbrellas, chairs, mobile vehicles (e.g., bicycles, scooters), drones, laser pointers, professional-grade cameras, and other items deemed inappropriate by security staff.
• Items obstructing views or disturbing other attendees may also be restricted. Staff and security personnel have the right to address any disruptive behavior.

Photography and Media Coverage

• Upon artists' requests, all forms of photography, video recording, and audio recording may be prohibited during the event. Unauthorized recordings may be deleted, and violators may be ejected.
• Photography and media coverage in the venue must be conducted by approved media under the supervision of the organizers.
• Attendees’ photos, videos, and audio may be used as part of the event's promotional materials. By entering the venue, attendees agree to grant the organizers and affiliates the right to use their likeness for promotional purposes.
• The organizers reserve the right to use any recorded materials from the event for commercial purposes, including in videos, prints, and other promotional content.
