- Booking must be made at least 8 hours before scheduled pick up time
- Child seats are not available
- When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
- If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
- Please prepare your own valid visa or other travel documents before taking the transfer service
- From December 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, you will be able to get on the vehicle once more
- Guangzhou Areas include: Guangzhou City/Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
- Other Guangdong Areas include: Dongguan/Zhongshan/Foshan/Panyu/Qingyuan/Shunde City

- CNY200 each way for service 00:00-06:00
- CNY100 for each additional stop (en route or same district only)
- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used
