- 手荷物受け取り時に、必ず中身をご確認ください。何か問題があった場合は、その場で写真を撮り、カスタマーサポートまでお問い合わせください。手荷物の受け取りが完了すると、サービスが完了したものとみなされ、その後に発見・発生した問題についてオペレーターは一切の責任を負いません。
- 手荷物の保険で補償されるのは、遅延・紛失・破損による費用です。手荷物の取っ手・タイヤの破損や宿泊施設・航空券の費用は補償されません。
