- オクトパスカードを音が鳴るまでしっかりと読み取り端末の上に置いてください。画面に読み取り完了の旨と残高が表示されます。カードをリーダーからすぐに離してしまうと読み取りに失敗することがあるのでご注意ください。
- オクトパスカードを2枚以上重ねたり、別の非接触型ICカードと一緒に出したりしないでください。
- カードをみだりにいじったり改ざんしたりしないでください（カードを折り曲げる・たたく・切る、カードに落書きする・引っかき傷を付ける・シールや写真を貼る・デコレーションするなど）。上記のような場合は取引を実行できないほか、残高を払い戻すこともできなくなります。
- レンタルのオクトパスカードをご利用の場合は、引き換え時にカウンターでHKD50のデポジットをお支払いください。返却時に手数料を差し引いたデポジットと残金が返金されます。手数料の詳細については、オクトパスカード公式サイトをご確認ください。
- オクトパスカードの残高が0またはマイナスになった場合はチャージするまで利用できません。
