- 出発地：深圳は深圳宝安国際空港の新ターミナルビル3階国際線出発エリアのヘリコプター待合室に位置し、営業時間は09:00～17:30です。
- 香港 ↔ 澳門航路適用：ご搭乗のお客様は、出発時刻の20分前までに搭乗待合室にお越しになり、搭乗手続きをお済ませください。
- 澳門 ↔ 深圳線ご利用のお客様へ：ご搭乗手続きのため、出発時刻の30分前までに搭乗待合室へお越しください。
荷物
- 乗客１人につき、手荷物１個を無料で持ち込むことができます。手荷物のサイズ制限は16 x 14 x 6インチ、重量制限は5キロ以下です。サイズまたは重量が上記制限を超える場合、手荷物を預け入れる必要があり、預け入れ荷物１個あたりの最大サイズは37 x 24インチです。
- すべてのお客様（乳幼児を除く）は、無料手荷物許容量7kgまでご利用いただけます。超過手荷物料金は、1kgあたり香港ドル/マカオパタカ/人民元300元です。
