Convenient stay, handy for the Queensbury tube station. Some noise from the railway line at the back of the house.

Room was spotless, clean and comfortable. Check in instructions very clear. Soundproofing a bit of an issue - lots of noise from snorer above/family staying elsewhere in the house though obviously this is beyond the host's control. If a light sleeper, probably better to request a room upstairs. Easy walk from Queensbury on the Jubilee line which is very handy.

Fantastico Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended.

Parking was terrible. No room for the car. We finally squeezed one in after 45 min of going back and forth an inch at a time. No instructions received through Expedia or email for check in. Subway went by every few minutes very noisy. Key to room didn't open the door. We wanted an easy stay because we just arrived and were tired and it made our first few days very stressful to be in London.

Excellent accommodation lovely room very clean great shower hospitality tray well stocked
on site parking if required Queensbury tube station about 5 minute walk only issue TV reception not good but would definitely stay there again

The room was very clean, and parking was available right in front of the house. It was about an eight-minute walk to Queensbury Underground Station. I would definitely book this place again.

I had very pleased in this place. Very clean propety ( I like shoes rule). Wasn't sure about location it works great 7-10 min walking to jubilne. Overall great deal compare price to conditions. Very happy.

Everything clean and tidy. Attentive owner, responsive on Whatsapp. Absolute bonus to have a place with parking this close to Wembley. Had overlooked in the advert that the particular room had a shared bathroom but that was fine. Would stay again for future gig visits!!
