Ottimo Everything about this hotel was great except that the room didn’t have air conditioning or a fridge, which we knew when booking, but boy was it hot the week we were there. There was a fan in the room and we were able to open the windows, but it was so hot. All of our chocolate melted because we didn’t have a fridge and the room was so warm.
Outside of that, the hotel was perfect! Check in was easy, it’s centrally located to everything and there are multiple bus stops right outside the hotel that makes it so easy to get around. It’s a short walk from Interlaken West station. Overall this property was amazing and clean!! I would stay here again, but probably not in the summer time.

Bene I liked the cleanliness, what I didn’t like was they had no air conditioning in that July heat but just a little fan and charged an exhortation amount, there was no refrigerator to store my insulin or any beverage. Please check in advance before booking so you don’t get ambushed at the check-in counter.

I would give our stay a 6/10. Unfortunately the room that we stayed in was older and not updated, plus it did not have AC (which I understand most hotel rooms in Switzerland don't but still), and so overall it just didn't feel worth the money (although all hotels are quite pricey in the area in general). The location was really perfect though! Only about a 5 min walk from the train station which is great when you have luggage. Close to eating and shopping. The area itself is very clean and feels very safe. There's also a self-serve laundry spot very, very close by which was very convenient for us. I would recommend this stay for anyone on a budget because of the location, but for anyone looking for a nicer stay I would not recommend this location.

We had a very great stay at the guesthouse! It is very close to bus and train station, so it is easy to walk with luggage. Staff is extremely helpful and nice! R9ms are very well maintained and bathroom is modern and very clean. Breakfast is excellent! We had a wonderful stay there! Thank you very much!

Great staff and beautiful space. Right in the middle of everything in Interloken. Big breakfast with lots of options and all the kinds of coffee.
My complaint is common to many euro hotels - heat. Out room was over 80 degrees when we went to bed and climber to 90 in the morning when the sun came through the window. Sure we could open the window and use the fan but then we'd have to deal with flies. If the hotel had and equal number of fans as bed or, Gd forbid, install air conditioning, I'd give in 5 stars. But I couldn't sleep because of the heat and what else is a hotel for?

The location is amazing. It's right in the middle of shops, restaurants, a short walk to the funicular to Harder Kulm and a 2 minute walk to the river! If I had known, I would've booked it for an extra night. It was also a short drive to other attractions. It's walking distance to the train stations if you're taking trains. Breakfast was great! The staff was nice and helpful. My only issue was the heat. I booked this property because it said there was air conditioning but the Guesthouse does NOT have air conditioning, only the hotel across the street. The room was uncomfortably hot and it made it hard to sleep or even be in there at any other time besides bedtime. We had one fan on each level (our room had a main area and upstairs loft with additional beds). The fans didn't do much but circulate hot air. We had our own personal fans and were able to open windows after the sun went down, which helped a little. Overall great place but not in a July heatwave due to lack of AC.

Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with different options. Was within walking distance of most everything. Only negatives were no air conditioning and no refrigerator, but they do provide fans to help cool things down for the summer heat. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone else.
