Walkable to Imperial city. Front of Homestay is bus parking lot for tours (full during day, empty at night). You have to walk to the entrance of parking lot to catch your Grab. It’s a 3 story walkup. We had a very noisy experience during our stay. Noise from the hallway/stairwell is magnified due to design of building. Unable to get clear assistance from the first night staff due to language barrier, but staff on 2nd night was able to help us with what we needed. Also, towels are very old, smelly and small. I don’t mind the size and age, but I can’t with the smell. Not close to center of town. Egg breakfast is offered.

Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was comfortable and relatively clean, although there were ants and geckos that occasionally visited. I figured this was part of homestays in this part of the world, so if this doesn't sound appealing, it may be better to stay at an actual hotel. The hotel was situated conveniently near the citadel and within walking distance of the market and the river. I used Grab to visit the tombs and the pagoda. The room I was in was quite comfortable and wifi worked well. The hotel provided a simple breakfast, which I appreciated. They were also very friendly and offered to help with booking rides and other tours, but I preferred to organize my own transportation since I was travelling solo. Overall, it was a good stay. It was certainly good value for what I experienced. I would consider this property the next time I am in Hue.

A small hotel conveniently located close to the imperial city. It provides everything we needed.

I have been travelling in South East Asia for 2 months and I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed, particularly given the amazingly good price and the incredible location right next to the entrance to the Imperial City. The hotel is modern, the room is spotless and smells nice, the staff are nice and helpful, the furnishings are new, the TV, shower and AC work well, it’s quiet and breakfast is provided (good coffee!).

Staffs were very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and it’s very close to Hue’s Imperial Palace

Nice and centrally located near the imperial palace and right next to river. It was a great location and they even gave me a room upgrade for free. Excellent staff and service!!
