Posizione
Zona tranquilla con parcheggio sotterraneo. Corse Uber convenienti da 5-7 euro o una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti per il centro storico e i supermercati.

Personale cortese, disponibile ed efficiente. Servizio clienti eccezionale con assistenza multilingue, pulizia attenta e deliziosa colazione a buffet con stazione delle uova.
Pulizia
Camere e aree comuni eccezionalmente pulite. Palestra, piscina e strutture termali immacolate. Servizi ben tenuti, tra cui accappatoi, pantofole e asciugamani forniti giornalmente.

Fantastico
Friendly staff especially in the pool and spa area. It has a steam room, sauna, and pool area. It also had a spa in the building. We had a corner sea view room. It was nice. The neighborhood has to grow on you. Split is like a city and has a lot of graffiti but most things are walking distance but Uber is affordable and convenient. It was great exploring the Old Town. If you are there more than three days, go to the pier to book boat tours and excursions. It is way cheaper in person.

Very clean, beautiful views of the city with friendly staff. It was not clear when booking that under 16 were not allowed at all in pool even with an adult present.

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had a wonderful atmosphere. With stunning views. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely amazing!

Great stay. Like the location. We focused mainly in the Riva area but it was close to the highway which is also useful for us since we drove. It was away from thicker traffic and we ubered to the Old town to avoid parking headache. Fare was usually 5-7 EU. Not bad for 7 to 10 min drive. Interior was nice, pool area was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping was attentive. I recommend this place for a stay in Split. The location worked well for our need.

The 17th floor spa was amazing! The staff and rooms were helpful and extremely clean. Only downside to hotel is that there is not a lot around it. Put on your walking shoes for visiting Old Town

Beautiful property with an underground parking garage. The rooms are gorgeous both inside and the views. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant onsite. The front desk and restaurant staff were great. Shout to our waiter Mate who took exceptional care of us two nights. Enjoyed this hotel!
