The staff was absolutely great. Very clean room and very large. The manager was very helpful of recommending very good places to eat at. Would definitely come back to this place if I am ever back in Myrtle Beach!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and that’s why I’m giving more than one star. Also, it was relatively clean, but my room did have a distinct smell of urine. Also, I checked what time the incredibly loud music is supposed to stop, and it’s 9 PM when the bar closes. However, last night the music went till after 11 PM and I had to call two times and say Your music is supposed to stop at 9 PM… It’s a Monday night, Can you help me out here so I can get some sleep?! …. I had onion rings at the restaurant as well, downstairs by the pool, and the grease was so old that I couldn’t stomach on onion rings.

The rooms were clean and pretty nice overall. However, I would not recommend this hotel for families, especially those with toddlers. Although the room includes a kitchen, there is no dining table to eat at. The room also felt quite small for six people, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It may work well for a smaller group, but it wasn't the best setup for our family's needs.

It's terribly dirty, hair on towels, dust everywhere, TVs don't work. The repair is terrible, the taps don't go up and don't supply water!

The room was decently clean. Condo is dated. Front staff was shortened to the point. Beach view would have a five star rating. The day we got there the Air Condition sounded like a freight train, the TV did not work, the phone did not work. When we asked to have things repaired the Maintenance Man clocked out at 6 PM so nothing could be fixed till the next day. We were there for two nights. So the first night we got very little sleep. The next day the Maintenance Man was very nice replaced the air condition said we had the wrong remote control gave us the correct one TV started working and said none of the phones work in any of the condos.

unfortunately only 1 bartender at bar and it was slow. The rooms were clean but our mirror light in our bathroom barely worked
