Mariott Villas Non Nuoc is a great but tired property; the ujpsides are very spacious rooms, comfotable beds, great garden and pools; and stuff are full of good will; However - this resort has many multiple downsides, to name few - the general feeling is very commom, noisy, tired, warnout, slow response, lack of precision; The amenties are missing and non existing, there is full kitchen but no cutleries, the buggies are difficult to come in decent time, the stuff are missing 1 out of 2 inquiries for food/ beverages/ or others; the balconies floors are warn out and dangerous, the buggies are not greatly maitained. the food in breakfast is plenty and good quality, but the room is noisy and corwded, warn-out, lacking decent air-ciondition, the service is missing many of the demand (coffee/ tea/ etc.) the restaurants in the resorts are not of good standard; all in all- i dont feel that Non Nuoc Mariott Villas are worth the money. i would not recomend the property for anyone looking for a refined resort;

We recently returned from a stay at the Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas, and "incredible" doesn't even begin to cover it. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we felt completely taken care of. The Villa: Pure Elegance and Space We stayed in a 3-Bedroom Garden View Villa, and it was nothing short of fantastic. At over 320 square meters, the villa felt incredibly spacious - perfect for a group or family - giving everyone enough room to breathe while still feeling cohesive. The interiors were elegant and modern, striking that perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool; it was a great size (not just a "plunge" pool) and served as our favourite spot to unwind in the afternoons. Exquisite Dining Experiences The resort’s dining options are top-tier. • Man Ho Restaurant: We loved starting our days here with the expansive breakfast buffet. The service was consistently warm, and the mix of international favourites and local Vietnamese flavours was delicious. • Beach House: This was our go-to for lunch and dinner with a view. The setting is stunning, overlooking the pool and the ocean, and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. The Heart of the Resort: The Staff What truly sets this resort apart is the team. The staff made our stay truly incredible; nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for them. They anticipate your needs with a smile, ensuring every moment is stress-free.

My friends & I had a fantastic time. Their staffs are amazing. Always smiling & so kind. I left my silver necklace at the hotel and checked out, when I found out, I already had s messages from the hotel and kindly brought it to the airport by the hotel staff What a lovely experience! Thank you

This is a BEAUTIFUL property, very well maintained and appointed. Food was excellent, Villa's are very nice and the community pool and beach house were phenomenal. The resort is about 20 minutes outside of Danang in a very quiet part of town with direct beach access and a short trip to the local market and shops. We will definitely be back very soon!!

Staffs are wonderful. Whole villa itself is quite nice but some details need attenrion such as broken bathtub showerhead, malfunctiining balcony door locks altho the place is safe. Besides few, I may come back again sometime soon. Cheers! balcony door locks s

Warm welcoming service from staff at the front office, buggy service and restaurants.

The service was the best part of staying at this resort. Everyone was really kind and very attentive. The staff wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We got half board and had dinner at the beach house and at the main restaurant. You can get à la carte Vietnamese food at the main restaurant and I remind doing that versus going with the set menu. The breakfast buffet is great and had lots of western and Asian options and well as pastries, desserts and tropical fruit. We got the beach front villa and it had amazing views and the villa was large enough for our group of six. Having your own pool is awesome and just a few feet away from the sandy beach. The location of the resort is about 25 minutes away by car from downtown Da Nang so it’s not really walkable. There is a small convenience store right across the property that is open 24/7 I would like to give a special shout out to the wonderful staff that really showed us kindness and great service. Tony, Harry, Kiet - buggy drivers Dong - chef Had banh beo station for us one day And made us banh bot loc for us next day specially because mom asked about it. Very kind. Beautiful property that’s great for large groups with side by side villas. Location was perfect to explore both Danang and Hoi An and we spent equal time at both. Breakfast was excellent and service from staff was exceptional.
