Great hotel! Was clean and in a popular location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The 7 11 on the first floor will do room service. Only thing I didn’t like was how easy it is to hear the street noises and your neighbors.

Ottimo Right in the central kousaidori. 7-11 at the base of the hotel, is very handy. Staff are helpful when needed. Access to room temperature is easy to use with Google translate in hand. Room size is good for Japan. Will say tub is very high, so if you are short, it's a bit of a challenge.

Great location and very easy self-checkin and checkout process. Free welcome beverages and cakes are offered in the lobby on the 10th floor.
Daily housekeeping service is at your discretion and even if you request no service, they'll leave a care package with fresh towels and toiletries outside your door!
The beds are serviceable. I've slept on worse but they definitely aren't anything to write home about.
We were on in a street-facing room so with the konbini directly below it was a bit noisy later at night, especially on weekends but no big deal for us.
