Hotel check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in before 3.
No air con in the room so there were two fans which were noisy but needed them in the heatwave . Good location.

Hotel Cornelisz was clean and conveniently located, but our stay was a bit of a let down. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave, and the lack of AC was challenging. The staff attempted to help by providing fans, but they just blew hot air around the room. The mini fridge (one of the main reasons we selected the room) was not functional. We also had a cancelled and rescheduled flight, and management refused to refund us for that single night despite not having stayed there. We also asked for a refund on upcoming nights due to the lack of AC which they refused.
The staff were friendly enough. Most of our issues were outside of their control. However, we left our stay early despite not getting any refunds and went to a hotel with AC and a working fridge.

It was a nice hotel and convenient location. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the vending machines took my money, with no refund given. But overall it was nice stay.
