The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇

Property is dated and needs a little bit of TLC. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice but were disappointed to find some blood stains on the pillowcase of an extra pillow that had been stored away. Upon arrival for check in ,the front desk was un occupied and front door locked and it was only 3 pm on a weekday. Also garbage bins from a collection earlier that morning blocked half the entrance driveway annd weren’t removed until much later that evening.
So maintenance could be better particularly as the motel was fairly full on the night we stayed.

Room was cleanish shower was blocked,spa leaks no extra toilet paper or towels for 5x adult and a 4 night stay didn’t even do a stay clean dead leaves walked all though the room not a broom to clean it up no extra bin bags bins were full and overflowing so we couldn’t even empty our room rubbish gardens were full of dead weeds and rubbish from the full bins was absolutely disgusting for $2600 for a 4 night stay
