Excellent customer service esp. Ms Tong has gone out of her way to introduce Shenzhen from the Ancient City, Netherland Flower garden to the Talent park and Shopping centre for our 4 days stay. Will definitely come back to this beautiful modern yet traditional city again.

酒店整體一般, 前台服務員登記時全程不願說話, 沒有笑容。房間較殘舊, 床單有煙味, 住客樓層居然有人在電梯大堂食煙!

OttimoSoggiorno individuale
The room is small but clean, the set up is simple and I would not expect anything extraordinary. However, the cafe on the 3rd floor really gave me a surprise, simple and cozy food, clean and quiet and the atmosphere is excellent. The parking space is acceptable and the basement set up is good.
I walked around in the evenings and there are good restaurants nearby and the food is good.
