It took two hours of standing in line to be able to check in to our hotel, and there was no microwave in our room so there was no way to heat up left over food. The biggest issue for me was that I have celiac disease and not one restaurant in the entire resort was knowledgeable about gluten free options or what gluten even is. Only one person was helpful my entire stay, the rest of the staff just told me no and to go on the boardwalk or door dash. The arcade and all of the kids stuff was really cool though, my kids had a blast. My daughter especially loved the roller skating rink and the location of the resort was perfect. Would definitely go back for an hour or two visit but would not actually stay there again.

We somewhat enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the location. The hotel is very close to the beach, and that was one of the main reasons we chose it. The water park and the large amusement area were great for kids, and my family had a really fun time. If you’re traveling with children, the location and attractions are definitely a big advantage. The room was okay. We booked a room with two twin beds. The furniture is quite old, and the carpet had an unpleasant smell that reminded us of urine throughout our stay. We also requested a microwave for our room, but it wasn’t delivered until the next day. The room phone didn’t work, so it was difficult to contact the front desk when we needed something. When we booked, we were told there would be a coffee maker in the room, but there wasn’t one. Overall, this is not a luxury hotel. It is older and could use some updates, but the price is reasonable for what you get. The biggest advantage is its excellent location and the family-friendly attractions nearby.

Room was not very clean. We requested extra pillows and never received. The window shade in the room was broken and would not come down. We spoke with housekeeping who informed us the shade had been broken for a few days and had been reported to management twice. We had lights shining through the window all night that were so bright that it felt like the middle of the day. I don't think this room should have been used until the shade was fixed. Also we reported to the front desk that children were running up and down the hall shrieking at the top of their lungs but nothing was ever done. POOR experience.

I was in the 24th floor. Elevators where kinda weird as i had to rely on one to bring me up, and the hot shower set off the smoke alarm..... With that said, the shower was incredible, the place was clean and cozy and security was knocking on the door within 2 minutes wen the alarm was going. Breakfast was really good, with a good selection of fruits, cheese eggs bacon and beverages.Gym was surprisingly well equipped!!!!I'll definitely be going back.

Stay was nice, just didn’t like that all the outlets were on the opposite side of the room from the bed. Also there was no where to place your luggage, and the nightstands were really small.

Customer service was virtually nonexistent. The check in process was a testament to incompetence and inefficiency there were 3 people in line in front of me and it still took 45 minutes of waiting for me to be called for service. It is obvious the staff does not want to be there and they will not do anymore then the bare minimum. Calling the front desk was another adventure the phone will ring about 10 times before they busy out the signal. I do not recommend this resort!!!

They need to fix the outlets anytime I try to plug my phone. They were very loose where my chargers kept falling out.

Children activities
